The New America School - Denver Campus annually enrolls over 500 students. The campus
is conveniently located for students living in Adams and Denver counties and other
nearby metropolitan Denver communities.
The school opened in 2005 and moved to its present location for the 2009-2010 school
year. To serve the school's 500 students, Principal Rhett Parham works with an Assistant
Principal, a Dean of Students, 18 teachers, two paraprofessionals, two guidance
counselors, a social worker, and a strong office support staff.
All of Denver's teachers are highly qualified and have been trained in the Sheltered
Instruction Observation Protocol (SIOP) Model. SIOP facilitates high quality content
area instruction for English language learners.
